We've been working on this a loooongggg time. We recognized a huge need for strategies – both a way to calculate based on strategy AND recommended strategies based on each property. We wanted to do this right, and it's finally here!
You can now sort by and analyze based on your preferred investment strategy. This feature comes into play on both the listings page and the property calculator itself!

Now you can be notified whenever a new property that meets your specific parameters is listed on the market!
Configure your Buy Box to get new properties directly to your inbox. Go to Profile > Notifications > and enable Buy Box emails. Select the checkbox. Choose the Frequency, then, under the Buy Box Settings, configure your settings (budget, square footage, construction years, ADUs, Add a bedroom, Fixer Uppers). Make some changes and don’t forget to hit save!
Buy Box emails are sent daily at 9a.m. EST.
You can now set custom values for monthly and initial costs that will be reflected across all properties while you’re browsing. So the estimates you see are more accurate for your specific investment needs and strategies!
You can also configure specific settings per city! For example, let’s say you want to account for higher insurance rates in cities prone to flooding like Miami. No problem – just choose Miami, select the setting you want to target, and choose a value.
Go to Profile > My Settings > Make some changes and don’t forget to hit save!
We’ve drastically improved our multifamily browsing experience. With a fresh design and improved rent estimates, you can now get a better picture of multifamily potential:
• See the different layouts in a multifamily building, and the rental estimate broken down by each unit type!
• Speaking of rent, we’ve made some major improvements to multifamily rent estimates.
Now you can filter on-market properties by those specifically flagged for seller financing in the description. To try it out, go to Filters, then scroll to the PAYMENT section. You will see a toggle for Seller-Financing. Activate this to see those deals! (Disclaimer: some cities may not have properties flagged for seller-financing at all times).
